About Us
Eric and Cher started the Eric Townsend Construction Company in 1978. Moving to Idyllwild in 1986 to raise their young family, the business soon established a name for itself amongst the local community.
Sean, their son, has been working for the company since 1994, learning the trade from Eric through an apprenticeship that spanned many years. He became a partner in 2012.
Melissa, their daughter handles marketing and web development.
