With your expertise, we were able to transform empty and wasted garage space into two additional and very nice, detailed bedrooms; plus the conversion of that one awkward, large bathroom into two very beautiful new bathrooms. Sean was a real pleasure to work with and was very accommodating to any requests and/or changes we made. Sean made the project move along seamlessly, and the outcome is stunning.

We requested that the project be completed by Thanksgiving, and despite the usual delays that occur with any construction project (perhaps more so in Idyllwild), Sean and his team had the remodel completed by the date we requested. Both my wife and I appreciate the complete job on cleanup that they did as well.

We, of course, will be calling upon you again when the need arises for our next project. I have a few in mind already. For a while though, we are going to relax and enjoy our new remodel.

“My wife and I have worked with Eric Townsend on three projects at our home in Idyllwild. In 2006, Eric and his crew upgraded and enlarged our upstairs bathroom. The result was a beautiful, functional addition to our home. He and his sub-contractors did an outstanding job and we were and continue to be very satisfied with our (still) new bathroom.

Recently, we contacted him about replacing our front steps and adding a concrete pathway from our driveway to our rear door. In just a couple of weeks from the initial phone call, both projects were completed.
